I'm going to be featured as a guest blogger at www.dottingthemap.com, so feel free to check there to get some in depth travel posts.
In the meantime, I'm going to be putting up one or two pictures a day and tell the story of how the Sorensen's owned the Big Easy!

I wonder how the Ghostbusters were able to get the Statue of Liberty back up there after they saved the day. For that matter, how'd they get the thing off that giant thing without breaking it to pieces? After all, they could only move at a slow pace through the streets of New York because the vibrations would have torn it apart. If only they made Nike's in her size....
Also, wasn't the Statue's head torn off during the Cloverfield incident early last year?
Perhaps I should not get my source material from movies. Or! Perhaps we all should...
Yeah, that's right. I said "thing off that thing." So I like being vague and indirect in my comments. What of it?
Movie Magic Neal, Movie Magic. That's how everything in Hollywood happens.
I don't mean to rain on your trip, but New orleans is The Big Easy, New York is the Big Apple. Looks like fun either way
That's not what Tracy Jordan said to Kenneth in 30 Rock! Tracy Jordan never lies!
So, I always thought "The big easy" was New Orleans! I was way off! I didn't even know you guys went to NY or Mesa Verde.
