That is one tasty burger

One thing you should know about me is that I love my meats! If you haven’t read my slogan on delicious meats you can view it here. That, however, is a post that shall follow in the near future.

So the other day I was assigned the task of making supper. I proceeded to take forth one package of ground beef from our freezer and begin the dinner-making process. I started defrosting said meat and realized, “This is one pound!” I begun to do math!

As you can see, simple math quickly told me I should make two hamburgers from 1 pound of ground beef. So I started cooking.

Here’s the outcome:

It can be a little hard to understand this picture, so I asked Emi to take a close up. I then graphically enhanced the picture for your viewing ease:

Once again, you can see that this yielded exciting results.

The creation included meat, sautéed mushrooms and onions, cheese and tomato; all the daily food groups!

Why don't you ever invite me over for dinner?! That looks delicious and painful at the same time :)

Becca, you'll never become a vegetarian.

Mom, you know I have a huge mouth.

And Ben... YES! But don't think I got "American Pie" on it or anything...

Watching you makes me proud to be an American. I think that a wise man once said that to eat too much is impossible. Often times I think of my glory days before somebody informed me that eating more meat than a small village just is not healthy for one man. To that person I say, if I am going due to meat reasons then I went down in glory. Long live meat and meat consumption.

My arteries just clogged up a little.

I agree! The more meat the merrier - especially when it comes to burgers! To bring out the American-ness of this burger I even put American cheese on it!
